Tom Harlow - President
Tom Harlow is responsible for the overall management of ENT Resources, Inc.
With more than 20 years of experience in various managerial roles, Tom is skilled in strategic planning, organization management and financial management. He has over 18 years of experience working for trade associations, professional societies, and foundations as well as related for-profit entities. He has served as a consultant to several internet start-up companies and other for-profit organizations.
While serving as President of ENTRI Tom also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery/Foundation. Prior to joining AAO-HNS/F Tom served as an independent financial and management consultant. He also spent 12 years in various positions with the American Chemistry Council.
Tom has a BS in Business Administration from Longwood College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jim Blakely - Chief Marketing Officer
Jim Blakely is responsible for ENTRI sales, MARCOM, and product management activities.
Jim has over 30 years of experience in brand management, strategic planning, sales, marketing and product management across a broad set of industries, including eCommerce, publishing, telecommunications, high tech and commercial real estate. He has held management positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Bell Atlantic and ADC telecommunications and a "Big 4" consulting firm. In addition, he has been involved with several start-ups, such as Simplexity, where he served as Director of Strategic Development and played a key role in the launch of the company's industry-leading eMarketplace for telecommunications services.
Prior to joining ENTRI, Jim served as the VP Marketing and Corporate Communications for the North American operations of Prosodie, a publicly traded, international technical services company headquartered in Paris.
Jim has a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and MS in Accounting from Georgetown University.
Michael Sanford – VP of Business Development
Michael Sanford is responsible for leading the Academy Benefit Partners' business development team.
A seasoned senior executive with over 22 years experience in the retirement services industry, Michael has spent the last 18 years providing successful consulting solutions to the financial and broker-dealer community in the mutual fund, 401(k) and annuity markets. His in-depth knowledge of client services and trading/securities operations has made him a true asset to his clients.
Prior to joining ENTRI, Michael served as Senior Vice President of Fiserv Trust Company, Reserve Solutions, Inc. PlanCentrics, CNA Trust Company, and Daily Access Concepts, where he directed and managed teams on consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies with the emphasis on retirement (DC & DB), investment and benefits projects.
Michael has a BA/BS in Political Science and Pre-Law (Criminal Justice) from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. |
