Our Unique 3 Point “Walk Before You Run” Program

Academy Benefit Partners understands that the decision to change 401(k) plans and tackle a plan conversion must be justified, and worth the efforts and impacts of instituting change. That’s why we have a crafted a program that, at a minimum, helps you meet your standing fiduciary responsibility to your plan participants.
Our customer-oriented approach provides you with free analysis, support, and one or more alternative new plan quotes, if warranted – all without requiring any commitment from you.

Step 1 - We will provide you with a free side-by-side analysis of all costs and the historical investment performance of your current plan with possible plan options that we can provide.

Step 2 - The next phase of the program is implemented only if you decide that the preliminary analysis provides a basis for you to solicit bids for plan alternatives. If you decide to take Step 2, we can assist you in preparing an RFP for you to issue and we will submit one or more options from Academy Benefit Partners.

Step 3 - You only take this final step, plan conversion, if the sponsor and participant benefits of a proposed new plan make a compelling case for change.
