Established in 2000, ENTRI is a wholly owned, for-profit subsidiary of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Inc. (AAO-HNS). ENTRI is a separate corporate entity with its own management and business objectives.

ENTRI engages in business activities that extend the market reach of AAO-HNS’s intellectual properties and other assets, as well as provides other products and services for the AAO-HNS’s community of interest marketplace and beyond. Ultimately, all ENTRI profits will be returned to the AAO-HNS to help fund the Academy's and its Foundation's work for "Empowering otolaryngologist - head and neck surgeons to deliver the best patient care."
